(Zero Star’s) I have worked with many nursery’s all over Southern Indiana. We have shopped local to support local. Today was a different story. We stopped in and walked the nursery. I had to go in to ask about some bushes we were interested in and wanted to see if they had more or were getting more. The two women working the register were extremely rude and disrespectful. They were more concerned about cutting cardboard and making faces and gossiping. I finally got one’s attention as the other continued to talk over me and I was just asking for help. She told me she couldn’t help me and the other gave me a weird look as I was disrupting their gossip time. The prices were a bit high, but we wanted to support local. If you pride yourself in the quality in what you carry. Where is the quality customer services? We put back what we already picked and the list of everything we needed back. We already had several thousand dollars worth of things and needed help with the rest. We went to support different a local nursery that deserved the business. If you aren’t here for the customer and you didn’t know we were going to spend $7-$12k. Act better. Be better. Do better. No response needed.

Great place to get plants & trees! Wife found plants she had been trying to find for years. Everyone was so friendly - helpful as well! Will definitely be back!

This is a very nice place! Being from Carmel, I'm very familiar with Sundown Gardens, so it's nice to see them on the South Side of Indy in Bargersville, where I live now. They have a great selection of all kinds of plants and even a bit of home decor. With that being said, my only complaints are that the checkout process can be slow at times and the prices on all items are very high. I'd expect these prices in Hamilton County but not in Johnson County.

Oh, this place is absolutely beautiful and charming! It reminds me of a shop that you'd find in the heart of Nashville, Indiana. There's plenty of seasonal plants to go around. We stopped for decorative pumpkins for our outdoor Halloween decorations, and they were all very reasonably priced. When we walked in, the decorations were breathtakingly beautiful! The staff was so nice and greeted us as soon as we walked in. We weren't pressured into buying additional items.
